Job Description

The role of a Customer Success Manager is to develop trust with assigned customers and provide them with the best possible experience navigating Canonical's vast offering. Through a clear understanding of their customer's objectives, the CSM can activate internal and external capabilities to alleviate any pain point, align expectations, and help draw and deliver on an appropriate collaboration roadmap.

This involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and developing strategies to achieve business goals. The CSM must also be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and engineering teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from small startups to large enterprises, and help them navigate the complex world of open-source software.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Developing strategies to achieve business goals
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu in particular
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to structure and constantly update documentation
  • A team player capable of interacting with all departments internally
