We are seeking a highly skilled Cryptocurrency Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Job Description

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding to customer comments and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a fair and transparent manner.
  • KNowing our products and services inside out so that you can answer customer questions accurately.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Intercom.
  • Ability to navigate community management tools like Telegram and Discord.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
