
Support Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service via chats and emails.
The ideal candidate will build positive and lasting relationships with customers, meet key performance indicators, and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will securely handle sensitive customer information, apply best practices for customer satisfaction, and maintain working knowledge of our products and services.
Frequent communication with developers and other departments of various IT companies is required.
Requirements:- Excellent upper intermediate English language skills (B2 level)
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Experience with live chats and emails
- Personal or professional experience in cryptocurrency is highly valued
- Analytical and research skills are essential
- A positive and responsible attitude is required
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) is necessary
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Zendesk
