Cryptocurrency Operations Specialist

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day activities of our cryptocurrency exchange. This includes overseeing operational tasks, developing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media content to engage our community and promote our platform.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Provide professional support to our customers via email, chat, and social media channels.
- Participate in user testing, identify bugs, and suggest improvements for our platform updates.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cryptocurrency trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, preferably with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi.
- Excellent written English skills for effective customer communication and social media engagement.
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Passion for the cryptocurrency space and eagerness to learn.
- Experience with customer support platforms, such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
- Graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
