Sales and Engagement Officer


Job Description:

We are a company driven by the passion to make a positive difference in the world through clean power generation technologies. Our Sales and Engagement Associate role is responsible for covering assigned accounts, generating opportunities for power supply and arsenal products, and securing contracts. The ideal candidate must be proficient in retail sales, an excellent communicator, and able to do simple numerical analyses.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Acquisition: pricing/commercial strategy, contract preparation, and negotiation. This involves developing and implementing effective commercial strategies to secure new business opportunities.

  • Contract Management: ensuring compliance and overseeing contract performance. We expect our Sales and Engagement Associate to have strong analytical skills to monitor and report on contract performance.

  • Branding Initiatives: participating in company branding activities such as exhibits and sponsorships. As part of our marketing efforts, we need someone who can represent our brand effectively and engage with potential customers.

  • Presentation Development: creating presentations for internal/external customers. Our Sales and Engagement Associate will work closely with other teams to develop compelling presentations that showcase our products and services.

  • Data Analysis: providing analysis of data for presentation content. To support our sales efforts, we need someone who can analyze data and turn it into actionable insights.

  • Market Analysis: gathering and managing data using basic data analysis methodologies. We require our Sales and Engagement Associate to have basic data analysis skills to gather and analyze market data.

  • Reporting: making routine reports on market and customer analysis using word processing and spreadsheet capabilities. Our Sales and Engagement Associate will be responsible for preparing regular reports to keep stakeholders informed about market trends and customer behavior.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a business-related or Electrical Engineering course.

  • At least 7 years of related work experience in Sales and Account Management.
