Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in data analysis, database management, and SQL. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, capable of working independently to analyze complex data sets, streamline workflows, and enhance existing systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage, and optimize large datasets using advanced tools and techniques
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for operational improvement
  • Develop complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and organize data for reporting and decision-making
  • Maintain database integrity, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing documentation, and facilitating communication
  • Assist in workflow automation, enhancing business processes through data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
  • Utilize project management tools to coordinate tasks and track progress
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL (and similar database tools) for data management and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation features
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
