We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and user-friendly BI solutions for various business units.
  • Create, publish, and manage interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses.
  • Analyze complex datasets and deliver clear, meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical BI specifications and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience as a BI Developer or in a similar analytics-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in BI visualization tools, including experience with DAX, custom visuals, or advanced dashboard design.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and working with large, complex datasets across multiple database platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based BI and data solutions and their integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear, meaningful insights.
