Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Installation Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our project estimation process, you will play a crucial role in accurately interpreting drawings, performing takeoffs, and preparing cost proposals.

This position requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and effective communication to ensure precise calculations and efficient project execution.

  • Conduct thorough takeoffs from pipe installation drawings to determine material quantities and labor costs.
  • Review all project documents and drawings to assess factors impacting the scope of work.
  • Obtain vendor pricing for materials and supplies to ensure cost accuracy.
  • Input takeoff data and prepare detailed proposals using provided Word and Excel templates.
  • Maintain attention to detail while ensuring timely submission of projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Pipe Takeoffs is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel for documentation and proposal preparation is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Revu Bluebeam for digital takeoffs and markup processes is necessary.
  • Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and strong written communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines are also required.
