JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to support our signage and graphics production team through remote design, estimating, and order coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales and design teams to prepare accurate estimates, finalize production-ready artwork, and ensure smooth order fulfillment. Responsibilities include managing shared task systems, organizing job documentation, and maintaining consistent communication with our Canadian operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create scaled mockups for vinyl graphics, architectural signs, vehicle decals, and more
  • Revise artwork based on client or internal team feedback
  • Format and upload proofs for client approvals using CoreBridge or other shared platforms
  • Ensure consistency in file naming, versioning, and visual accuracy
  • Prepare pricing estimates using reference material pricing and production time
  • Input estimates and related specs into CoreBridge for review
  • Validate job information and call out scope gaps or technical concerns
  • Collaborate with sales/design to finalize production-ready details
  • Generate job tickets from approved quotes and artwork
  • Maintain organized folders with all necessary installation notes, print files, and approvals
  • Support cut file prep, print layouts, and install planning documents
  • Track order status and flag any blockers to timely execution
  • Monitor task assignments in shared systems (email, project boards, CoreBridge)
  • Organize files and job information to support clear communication with the Canadian team
  • Ensure all design and estimate requests are actioned in a timely, accurate manner
  • Support intake documentation like site photos, permit forms, and measurement notes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Having a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a signage, print production, or design environment
  • Experience working with vehicle graphics, architectural signage, or similar formats
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop for design and mockups.
  • Has work exposure using CoreBridge or other similar signage/print management software
  • Ability to create scaled mockups, cut files, and print-ready layouts
  • Understanding of large format printing, vinyl graphics, and sign fabrication processes
  • Familiarity with estimating production time and materials
  • Gunderstanding of permits, site photos, and installation planning is a plus
  • On-Site Work: Must be willing to report on site in Tatlon, Quezon City.
  • Work Hours: Amenable to working Canadian business hours (EST) — from 4:00 AM to 12:00 Noon Manila Time (corresponding to 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
