Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable infrastructure to support our healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable and efficient infrastructure to support our applications
  • Automate deployment processes to enhance system performance and reduce downtime
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high availability and scalability
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for reliability and security
  • Optimize system performance through continuous improvement and proactive maintenance
  • Implement effective monitoring and alert systems for critical applications
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all operational processes
  • Document processes and solutions to foster knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong understanding of building and deploying scalable applications
  • Tech Proficiency:
    • Expertise in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript
    • Strong experience with frameworks such as .NET, Spring Boot, or Node.js
    • Solid knowledge of API development and microservices architecture
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
    • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js and an understanding of responsive design principles
    • Strong experience with Azure Application Insights for monitoring and performance diagnostics
    • Proficiency in MongoDB, with a focus on query analysis and optimization
    • Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
    • Experience with monitoring and observability tools beyond Azure Application Insights (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
