Job Title: Human Resource Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and detail-focused professional to manage employee records, develop and maintain templates for recruitment processes, and provide administrative support as required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Manage and maintain employee documents, ensuring confidentiality and security of all personal information.
  • Template Development: Develop and maintain templates for recruitment processes, including interview guides, assessment questionnaires, and job posting strategies.
  • Compliance: Assist in preparing and supporting HR audits post-system implementation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required by the HR team.

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or oil and gas industries.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR software would be advantageous.
  • Good understanding of record keeping and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
