Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Language Development Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the professional communication skills of corporate employees across various industries.

This involves supporting and mentoring language trainers in their professional development, focusing on improving their teaching effectiveness and assessment skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and guiding language trainers: Provide personalized coaching and support to help them grow and develop as educators.
  • Facilitating online training sessions: Lead discussions, answer questions, and encourage active participation from trainers and assessors.
  • Developing training materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create online training content.
  • Identifying and coordinating professional development opportunities: Recognize areas for improvement and arrange relevant training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a language trainer, instructor, or educator, preferably with coaching or mentoring expertise.
  • Strong understanding of language proficiency frameworks and their application in training.
  • Proficiency in using web conferencing tools and learning management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
