User Experience Design Position

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our digital design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to uncover requirements, design effective solutions, and guide developers through the build, testing, and rollout stages.

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to work autonomously or in collaboration with others. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in UI design, with at least 1 year leading projects from start to finish
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, including preparing designs for handover to developers and creating prototypes that help clients visualize and understand the design
  • A good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and working with templates or themes
  • Experience in designing consumer-facing websites and apps
  • The ability to create designs that look great and work well on any device (mobile, tablet, desktop)
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving projects from concept to completion
  • Working closely with clients and stakeholders to uncover requirements
  • Designing effective solutions
  • Guiding developers through the build, testing, and rollout stages
  • Leading 'work in progress' meetings with clients
  • Presenting implemented feedback and instructional sessions
  • Building successful working relationships with clients and stakeholders
