Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed documentation and guidelines for designers and engineers to incorporate design components and patterns into their projects seamlessly.
  • Refine user interfaces to align with our brand, bringing high standards of user experience to life.
  • Elevate our design game by pushing for continuous improvement to achieve usability and visual appeal.
  • Translate design into technical specifications to ensure smooth transitions between design and development teams.
  • Expand and tailor our design system to new design needs and challenges.
  • Map out user journeys through wireframes, site maps, and user flows to clarify design intentions and workflows.
  • Bring designs to life through prototyping and validate concepts based on real feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a UI Designer with a solid portfolio showcasing their best work.
  • Strong skills in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Marvel, or Figma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with developers and product managers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to craft flawless design solutions.
  • Strong skills in motion animation and creating illustrations and icons to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
