Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end design solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Translate design concepts into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that showcase the product's potential.
  • Design visually appealing and accessible interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and design system standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user personas.
  • Advocate for user needs across the product lifecycle, using data and insights to inform design decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications.
  • Experience creating responsive, mobile-first designs and working with design systems.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns.
