Business Intelligence Developer

This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and has the ability to create insightful solutions from data.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. The successful candidate will ensure scalability and usability for various business units, and have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear, meaningful insights.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical BI specifications and deliverables. Additionally, they will write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries to efficiently retrieve and manipulate large datasets from relational and non-relational databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Proficiency: In BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, including experience with DAX, custom visuals, or advanced dashboard design.
  • Advanced SQL Skills: Including query optimization, stored procedures, and working with large, complex datasets across multiple database platforms.
  • ETL Tools and Processes: Experience with ETL tools and processes, including data cleansing, transformation, and automation workflows.
  • Data Warehousing Concepts: Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and best practices for database design.
