We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team

You will:
- Deliver top-notch customer support through chats and emails.
- Nurture positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain team KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology.
- Work securely with customers' sensitive information.
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices.
- Develop working knowledge of our client's products and services.
- Collaborate with developers and other IT departments.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- B2 level English and native Chinese.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support.
- Experience with live chats and emails.
- Personal or professional experience in crypto.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- A positive and responsible attitude.
- A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
A great plus would be:
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk.
