Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Services Manager to plan, execute, and monitor the mapping component of our solutions implementation project.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, Release Management, Change Management, or Process Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project handoff materials from the Solutions Definition team, including the SOW and Effort Estimator.
  • Act as an advisor/expert in a technical/functional capacity across multiple aspects of a project or function.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Active products, onboarding services, Manila PS delivery capabilities, and Mapping processes.
  • Support custom solution implementations and independently create process and product documentation and training for internal team use.
  • Educate customers and project team members on complex MS solutions.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science is an advantage.
  • PMP Certification is an advantage but not required.
  • Background in Extended ECM (xECM) is an advantage but not required.
  • 5–8 years of Solutions/Applications delivery experience.
  • Extensive customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic problem solver with customer focus and ability to motivate and lead the team.
  • Detail-oriented while keeping sight of the big picture.
  • Very strong ability to partner with others and manage conflicts or complex relationships.
