About the Role

Our Priority Banking team is seeking experienced professionals to join us in our Branches Nationwide as Client Relationship Officers.

As a Client Relationship Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Priority Banking business by managing front-line interactions with Priority Clients. You'll assist with routine transactions and serve as the key coordinator between Relationship Managers, Retail Banking Store Sales Officers, and Sales Support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Relationship Managers in delivering efficient and quality service by assisting in handling customers from different business parties and finding the right solutions for customers.
  • Serve as the main contact point of customer support functions to ensure smooth account operations.
  • Build relationships with customers and respond to account or operational-related concerns.
  • Liaise with internal departments and provide instructions to concerned parties on account maintenance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 years' experience in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Customer-focused and have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willing to report onsite.
