Structural Engineering Expert Wanted

This role is perfect for an experienced, licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a strong background in structural or geotechnical design to act as the primary technical lead on a flexible, part-time basis.

The successful candidate will oversee and seal designs prepared by our skilled team of civil engineers and drafters, with final review from a senior leader.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review geotechnical and structural calculations and drawings
  • Act as the primary technical lead for select projects
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and high technical standards
  • Provide expert feedback to support our design team

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in geostructural or civil design
  • Ability to effectively communicate with international teams
  • High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility

This is an excellent opportunity for a semi-retired engineer who still enjoys the work but prefers fewer hours and no direct business development or staff management responsibilities.
