Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a vital role in our team, working closely with clients to provide expert guidance on facade repair and maintenance projects.

They will be responsible for analyzing building inspection data provided by our AI platform and generating comprehensive engineering reports.

This includes developing and implementing detailed maintenance plans for clients' properties, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on facade repair and maintenance
  • Analyze building inspection data from our AI platform to generate comprehensive engineering reports
  • Develop and implement detailed maintenance plans for clients' properties
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and detail
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proven experience in facade inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from structural analyses
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to effectively interact with international clients
