Job Title:

Structural Design Expert

Overview:

BizForce is seeking an experienced Structural Design Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and structurally sound concepts for bridge designs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop conceptual designs and preliminary designs for bridges, ensuring aesthetic and functional integrity.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align designs with technical and site-specific requirements.
  • Produce design development (DD) documentation, including drawings and specifications.
  • Provide design insights and solutions for various bridge types.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and materials relevant to bridge design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer/Structural Engineer.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in complex bridge designs, with a focus on cable-stayed, suspension, arched, truss, and curved bridges.
  • Proven track record of working on bridge projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sofistik.
  • Strong understanding of design development processes and technical detailing for bridges.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, clients, and external partners.
  • A portfolio showcasing conceptual and design development work on bridge projects is required.
