- Shadowing senior team members to gain a deep understanding of client concerns.
- Developing expertise in handling various client inquiries independently after comprehensive training.
- Providing timely and accurate responses to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain clear and professional communication channels.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication.
- Excellent phone communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate frustrated clients.
- Proficiency in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
