Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our team, providing exceptional support to clients worldwide. As an Assistant Client Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Head Client Manager in managing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Shadowing senior team members to gain a deep understanding of client concerns.
  • Developing expertise in handling various client inquiries independently after comprehensive training.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain clear and professional communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication.
  • Excellent phone communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate frustrated clients.
  • Proficiency in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
