Production Process Quality Compliance Monitoring and Improvement

1. Ensures that all processes are consistently monitored and compliant to the quality standards.

2. To communicate with the Internal Department Heads on any non-conformity and to facilitate CAPA implementation and closure.

3. Accomplish CAR and issuance to the concerned department. Monitoring of CAPA submission and ensure implementation and closure.

Facility GHP/HACCP Compliance

1. Plan, facilitate and coordinate GHP/HACCP refresher training.

2. Ensures implementation of the GMP/HACCP System in the facility.

3. Conducts GHP/HACCP audit and ensures compliance.

4. Monitor corrective actions and effectiveness.

Correction and Corrective action closure of external audit findings

1. Coordination of audit observations with the responsible sections and come up with the CAPA of each non-conformity.

2. Gives CAPA plan to the external auditor and monitors corrective actions if implemented.

3. Monitor the closure of each observed non-conformity and verification process for possible recurrence.

4. Assist in the investigation and root cause analysis of customer complaints.

Food Safety Management System and Process Improvement

1. Provide improvement projects related to Food Safety and Quality Management Systems within the scope of responsibility

2. Ensure compliance with all internal or external audits and closure of CAPA

3. Perform assessment, update, and continuous validation on HACCP Program

Administrative and Operational Efficiency

1. Ensures that all functions are performed accurately and finished in a timely manner.

2. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Superior

3. Shall be able to aid /assistance all QAQC

4. Participation in the cost savings program

5. Higher degree of punctuality, proactiveness and accountability

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Food Technology, Biology and other science related courses

· Minimum of 5 years full time work experience in Food Safety and Quality Management Systems in Food Industry

· Full knowledge in Quality Assurance system from receiving, production line and dispatching.

· Thorough experience on GMP, GWP, HACCP, ISO and FSSC 22000

· Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Bagumbayan Taguig City
