We are looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Growth Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and scaling initiatives that attract top founders in Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate will have startup experience, either as a founder or in early-stage growth roles, and be a versatile generalist capable of strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new initiatives with little limitation on format or scope.
  • Expand and improve initiatives post-launch.
  • Scale initiatives when successful, iterating and building teams to maximize success.
  • Discontinue initiatives that do not show growth, with a clear rationale.

You will report directly to Hsu Ken and work in a fully remote environment. We value iterate or die, empathy, being realistically ambitious, and taking responsibility as privileges.

About Our Team

We are an accelerator investing exclusively in startups in Southeast Asia. Our team consists of 14 members and is rapidly growing. We have raised $65M across 2 funds and invested in 65+ companies.
