Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned product growth manager to lead our Web3 and AI initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and execute operational strategies aimed at growing and retaining a global user base.

  • Develop and execute operational strategies across all lifecycle stages to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Build user engagement systems with segmentation strategies to boost in-app activity and retention.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for timely campaigns and product enhancements.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in product operations, growth, or similar roles with ownership from strategy to execution. They should have a deep understanding of the Web3 and AI space and be able to define and track key metrics.

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startups.
  • Familiarity with blockchain protocols, DAOs, NFTs, DeFi, or similar domains.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
