Workforce Optimization Professional

This role involves planning, coordinating and overseeing workforce activities to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing forecasts, schedules and plans to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop new models supporting staffing and volume changes.
  • Leading reviews of call center efficiency and customer service performance to meet client needs and financial goals.
  • Partnering with support functions to maintain forecasting, planning and scheduling tools.
  • Developing forecasts, resource plans and schedules for new programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Able to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to mentor and coach employees.
  • Able to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  • Solid understanding of the organization's operations and industry.
