Workforce Coordinator Role

Allegis Global Solutions seeks a highly skilled Workforce Coordinator to facilitate and manage contingent worker processes, ensuring operational excellence.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Maintaining VMS worker details through operational MSP processes, guaranteeing data accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Maintaining supplier invoicing status through operational MSP processes, fostering strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  3. Creating and tracking tickets until resolution, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Documenting all client-reported issues and tracking resolution to completion, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintaining and updating worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  6. Providing constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone, promoting effective collaboration and teamwork.
  7. Conducting research and analysis to resolve clients' or suppliers' inquiries as needed, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  8. Providing program status reports to leadership as required, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
  9. Monitoring performance against contract SLAs, including pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking, driving continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
  • 0-2 or more years of staffing and/or MSP experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in workforce coordination and management.
  • Bachelor's Degree, showcasing academic achievements and personal growth.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling swift decision-making and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent documentation and follow-up skills, ensuring seamless communication and task completion.
  • Strong determination to impact performance, driving motivation and ambition within the team.
  • Time management, self-motivation, and perseverance, allowing for efficient work habits and goal achievement.
  • Excellent customer service skills, delivering top-notch support and satisfaction to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and concise messaging across diverse audiences.
  • Advanced MS Office/Tools skills, enhancing proficiency and productivity in digital applications.
  • Amenable to nightshift schedule and hybrid work setup, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in work arrangements.
