Job Title: Paid Media Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position is a driven and creative individual who has a strong desire to learn and make an impact early on in their tenure.

  • They should have experience with media buying and a data-focused mindset with the ability to distill down difficult concepts into bite-sized bits.
  • A strong interest in social media advertising and shaping the way companies lead the charge to new platforms is also desirable.

This role involves setting up, optimising and reporting on paid social media campaigns across multiple channels. The successful candidate will be able to conduct campaign analysis and insights, provide recommendations to customers and support weekly syncs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Set-up, optimise and report on paid social media campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn & Google.
  2. Conduct campaign analysis and insights and provide recommendations to the customer.
  3. Support in weekly syncs and work with team members to execute customer requests.
  4. Perform daily optimizations and execute against testing roadmaps.
  5. Learn the 'ins and outs' of leading creative and automation tools to help social media advertisers.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Google Ad buying experience is highly valued but not required.
  • Ability to distill down difficult concepts into bite-sized bits is crucial.
  • A data-focused mindset with experience in media buying is also highly desirable.
