Social Media Advertising Specialist

As a Paid Social Advertising Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with data-driven decision-making to achieve outstanding results.
About the Job- Plan, launch and optimize paid social media campaigns on multiple platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok.
- Develop and test audiences, creative variations and placements to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on key metrics including CTR, CPM, CPA and ROAS, using this insight to inform optimization decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates and evolving best practices in paid social advertising.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other social ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of paid social KPIs and media buying strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
