Financial Operations Specialist

Work Hours: Flexible scheduling to accommodate U.S. time zones.

This role involves placement into our general pool of candidates to match with U.S. companies. We specialize in finding accounting/finance talent and matching them with U.S. companies.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.
  3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  4. Generate timely and insightful financial reports for management review.
  5. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  6. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  7. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address financial queries and concerns.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
