Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy of bank and credit card statements by reconciling them regularly.
  • Financial Reporting: Create comprehensive financial spreadsheets and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Clients and Vendors: Manage invoices, accounts receivable, and payable efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of receipts and financial documents.
  • Support Functions: Assist with payroll and expense tracking processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on bookkeeping.
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online and Xero.
  • Excel or Google Sheets: Strong knowledge of spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
