Job Title: Talent Acquisition Professional

  • Job Description:
  • Identify high-potential candidates through thorough resume screening and initial interviews.
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in HubSpot and Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs and priorities.
  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training resources, and team communication in Slack.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience is mandatory for this position.
  • Previous experience in BPO customer service is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or a strong desire to learn about the industry is essential.
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets is necessary for success in this role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are critical in maintaining accurate recruitment records.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective candidate communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and adaptability are essential qualities for success in this dynamic role.

Technical Requirements:

  • A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor or equivalent is required for optimal performance.
