We are seeking a skilled analyst to join our POS Loans team. In this role, you will analyze data to improve strategies regarding acquisition, product offer, and hiring.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing A/B product tests from ideation to result evaluation.
  • Generating hypotheses for optimization in various flow components.
  • Data research of various process funnels, identifying bottlenecks and problem areas.
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving reporting on key strategy metrics.
  • Supporting and enhancing data models for stable operation and monitoring.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience with data analytics; experience working with financial products would be beneficial.
  • Excellent knowledge and expertise with SQL.
  • Hands-on experience using Python for data manipulation.
  • Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks visualization tools).
  • Knowledge of statistics and probability theory to conduct and evaluate the results of experiments.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
