
Reward and Benefits Strategist

The role of Compensation and Benefits Manager is a key position within the organization, responsible for enhancing and standardizing corporate global compensation and benefits strategies and programs.
This individual contributor role requires excellent communication, partnership, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, data analysis and interpretation, and presentation skills to collaborate with HRBPs and the broader HR organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead internal/external market analysis including assessment of compensation surveys for the APJ region to develop pay ranges, updating and aligning strategies as needed.
- Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive practices are maintained.
- Partner with Global Compensation and Benefits team in process management of global merit, bonus and equity cycles including budget modelling, systems updates/changes, training, reporting and support of approval process
- Design and manage the benefits programs, including benefits administration for the APJ region
- Work closely with HR Analytics on dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
- Lead the development and delivery of training/communications on a variety of compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
- Utilize various tools that support compensation and benefits programs and initiatives, and work with HRIS to align systems with compensation and benefits needs in support of the technology roadmap
- 8+ years relevant compensation and benefits experience
- Strong analytical, project management and process management skills
- Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices
- Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL and/or survey management tools a plus.
- A demonstrated ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, improve operations, and maintain positive and productive relationships while delivering results.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to consider multiple audiences, bring people along and drive change throughout the organization.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
