Job Description

The purpose of this role is to lead a team in charge of managing cash flow and financial operations for multiple portfolios.

This includes overseeing end-to-end cash management, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs, reviewing complex financial arrangements, and coordinating with stakeholders.

The team leader will also be responsible for supervising FDA processes, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with booking procedures and documentation requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and coach the team to ensure they meet accuracy and timeliness targets for all pre-funding and settlement activities.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end cash management operations, including pre-funding, settlements, and account reconciliation across the team's portfolio.
  • Reporting and Performance Management: Develop and maintain KPIs for team performance monitoring and operational efficiency measurement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

You should also have 5-7 years of experience in finance operations, disbursement accounting, or shipping industry finance, with 2-3 years in supervisory roles.

Additionally, you should have advanced proficiency in financial systems and operational platforms; experience with shipping or logistics ERP systems required.
