Job Summary

The role of Agreement Negotiator is critical in ensuring seamless contract administration within the construction industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contract Preparation and Review:
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts, verifying terms, scope coverage, and inclusions/exclusions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze contractor submissions, identifying discrepancies or gaps and recommending solutions.
  • Review and compare contractor quotes and scopes to ensure accurate evaluation.
  • Prepare recommendations for contractor selection based on price, scope, and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or project support within the construction industry.
