Content Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled content manager to oversee production workflows, optimize team efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

This is a full-time work-from-home position that requires at least 3 years of experience in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with a large team while overseeing multiple tasks and maintaining high editorial standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage content tasks, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
  • Monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and communicate updates.
  • Maintain tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work during EST/EDT hours.
  • Near-native English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a large team.
  • 3+ years of experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles.
