Job Responsibilities:- Making proactive calls to potential customers using provided contact lists.
- Evaluating leads and effectively communicating our business offer.
- Scheduling meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
- Tracking outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Improving call scripts and sharing feedback with the sales team.
- Handling rejection professionally and maintaining consistent follow-up.
- A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
- Experience in B2B calling and appointment setting is a must.
- Capable of handling a high volume of calls with discipline and resilience.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
- Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S.-based prospects.
