Job Description

As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for architecting BrainLifts, creating and nurturing a living knowledge ecosystem that amplifies AI capabilities, guides strategic decisions, and demonstrates domain mastery.

You will champion rapid evolution by driving weekly product enhancements backed by solid data, constantly steering toward measurable success metrics.

Additionally, you will master your domain by developing and structuring deep expertise in your specific area, enabling the team to make razor-sharp decisions, deliver precision-targeted solutions, and speak with undeniable authority.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Creating a vision for the company's software products and guiding their development from concept to launch.
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a product leader, with a proven track record of steering the ship from vision to execution to optimization.
  • Enterprise software product management experience, with a deep understanding of how large organizations evaluate, purchase, and implement software solutions.
  • Battle-tested experience in leveraging AI as a daily companion in research, analysis, strategy, and synthesis.
Benefits

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
