Job Title: IT Provisioning Specialist\

We are seeking a skilled IT provisioning specialist to play a critical role in ensuring seamless client onboarding experiences.

This involves collaborating with other engineers and technicians to assess and deploy necessary tools, as well as documenting crucial information.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Implementation of Client Onboarding Program: Participate in the development and execution of our comprehensive onboarding program, including:
\
  • Documentation: Compile detailed documentation of network, hardware, credentials, applications, and SaaS platforms (Azure, 365, etc.)
  • Assessing Client Environment: Conduct thorough assessments of client environments, identifying areas for improvement and potential security risks
  • Deploying Tools: Deploy monitoring, security services, and self-service tools to ensure optimal system performance

  • Exceptional Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, project managers, sales teams, and client services through effective communication and collaboration
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • 3+ years of IT experience, preferably with start-to-finish deployment of IT solutions and onboarding-specific experience
  • Proficiency in current Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Experience with Azure 365 administration, firewall assessment, and understanding of networking concepts (routing, switching, VLANs)
  • VMware and Apple product experience are desirable
