Project Coordinator Role

A pivotal liaison between project stakeholders, requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills.

  • Main point of contact for architects, drafters, and expediters to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate and monitor project progress, filings, permits, and approval processes.
  • Manage project timelines and documentation, anticipating potential delays and proactively addressing them.
  • Track multiple projects simultaneously and provide regular reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent construction industry knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and terminology.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines independently.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
