Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on financial modeling and analysis.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance portfolio-level financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts.
  • Produce project-level budget-to-actual variance analysis and communicate findings to operational teams.
  • Identify and investigate underperformance and optimization opportunities of operating assets, leading to actionable recommendations that drive improved results.
  • P prepare reporting packages and various deliverables to investors and lenders.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure delivery of key alerts and protect portfolios from operational risk.
  • Design data infrastructure that enables the team to isolate and investigate key performance drivers such as energy rates and energy production.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field or relevant coursework preferred.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proven ability to analyze complex data and attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate information, ideas, and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organization.
  • Experience working with large datasets, querying databases, and using ERP systems such as NetSuite.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
