About the Position

Our organization is seeking a skilled and analytical professional to support cross-functional teams by streamlining workflows, managing datasets, and driving process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between departments (finance, sales, IT, HR) to ensure seamless data management and proper documentation structure.
  • Collaborate with team members to guarantee adherence to established procedures and timely data collection.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible documentation through classification and organization.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks to free up senior team members for strategic work.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Able to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
  • A 'can-do' mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
