Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to oversee our organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex financial systems, leading teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations & Compliance: Manage payroll, superannuation, and ATO liabilities. Oversee bill approvals and tax obligations.
  • Receivables & Invoicing: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on payments, and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Expense Monitoring & Financial Oversight: Track spending, adhere to budgets, investigate transactions, and oversee cash flow and liabilities.
  • Bookkeeping Support & Coordination: Provide transaction data to bookkeepers, ensure account reconciliation, and respond to financial inquiries.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare financial reports for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification.
  • 5+ years in a senior financial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian financial regulations.
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and policy development.
  • Proficiency in Xero, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and Salesforce.
  • Leadership skills, results-driven, and team-building abilities.
