Technical Solutions Expert

We are looking for an experienced technical expert to join our team as a Technical Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and architecting IT solutions that meet the needs of large enterprises.

About the Job
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
  • Design and propose customized technical solutions that align with client-specific requirements.
  • Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues.

This is a remote position that requires working closely with other team members. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and a minimum of 6 years of experience in designing and architecting IT solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of technical experience selling into enterprise accounts.
  • Cloud experience with one of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of web protocols and security.
  • Passion for technology.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with file-sharing solutions.
