Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to lead our design efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital design and a strong portfolio showcasing their work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and designing consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business. This includes delivering assets across organic/paid social, CRM, and display for both static and video digital placements.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere. They will also have a thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing digital storyboards and animation as needed
  • Executing adaptations across a variety of digital marketing assets
  • Managing/prioritizing the workflow of incoming requests and executing projects from concept to final product against tight deadlines
  • Delegating tasks and providing feedback to team members to ensure high-quality digital design work

The successful candidate will be a strong problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail. They will be efficient, organized, able to prioritize workload, and work under tight deadlines. They will also have conceptual thinking and strong creative instincts with a willingness to experiment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience at a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand
  • A strong portfolio credible in digital design
