Transition Management Role

The primary objective of this position is to facilitate and oversee the execution of business and technical projects of moderate to large scale complexity. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting project initiatives across various phases, ensuring seamless transitions that align with organizational goals.

This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guarantee compliance with standards. By doing so, they contribute significantly to driving sustainable growth and operational resilience, which are core aspects of our organization's mission to deliver high-quality services to its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate transition and project initiatives related to location strategy, process improvement, digitization, and expense reduction.
  • Support the implementation of company, divisional, and operations strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Develop cost-benefit analyses for project initiatives.
  • Ensure project completion within budgeted parameters while meeting client objectives.
  • Identify, analyze, mitigate, document, and control project risks.
  • Provide effective communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in transition or project management.
  • 5 – 7 years' experience in BPO, shared services, or financial services.
  • Post-secondary education and equivalent business experience.
  • Strong understanding of products, administration compliance, operations, and systems.
  • Ability to think strategically and act decisively.
  • Knowledge of transition and project planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
