Project Coordination Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to oversee various projects from start to finish. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines, milestones, and resources.

This role is ideal for someone with recent experience in project management tools and a proven background in organizational leadership or operations. You must possess exceptional time management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and convert existing open files into structured projects with clear objectives, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
  • Create and maintain internal documentation for project status reviews
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule

To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
  • Recent experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms)
  • Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations
