Operations Manager

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to oversee all financial activities of several agencies, ensuring compliance with Group policies and practices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, supporting operational managers in decision-making, and ensuring internal reporting to business line management and Business Units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support operational decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely internal reporting, including monitoring revenues, cost control, and producing reliable data.
  • Manage accounting closings, providing necessary analyses for performance management.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to prepare and facilitate business reviews.
  • Act as the main point of contact for entrusted activities, coordinating interventions with Auditors.
  • Drive process optimization and continuous improvement by participating in Operations Department projects.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials.
  • Ensure Group procedures are applied and contribute to their development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of SAP.
  • Fluent English required for international operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, high level of rigor, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive team spirit.
